Past positions include Director of a Day Care Center for the Elderly, and a Social Worker at the Maccabi Rehabilitation Center at Tel Hashomer Hospital. Avigail has extensive knowledge regarding the Israeli healthcare and social welfare system, and is fluent in Hebrew and English. She holds a BA in Psychology from SUNY at Albany and an MSW from Yeshiva University.
